Dude is reading comics all you do after school, when me and you should be doing our homework. Anyways, I was too lazy to maximize the thing to read it, but I'll get back to it tomorrow morning.
Ok, I read it, and i don't get it. Where's the joke, seems serious to me.
The joke is that Deomcrats haven't been in control of Congress for enough years that they have no idea what they're going to do.
